Try These Yoga Poses for Jet Lag

Jet lag appears definitely to be one these things: A Condition resulting when travel across time zones leaves a person feeling ?out of sync? with local time at his or her destination. That considered, to get you 'back in sync', one highly recommended solution will be Yoga

What, with the poses balancing effects on the body (namely the inversions), yoga helps immensely to deal with the effects of jet lag, of course when used correctly.

The two main poses will be the Shoulder stand (and its counter poses) and if possible, the Sun Salutations.

In regards to the latter choice, the Sun Exercises, these are definitely a wise choice in that they stimulate and balance all the systems of the body including the endocrine, circulatory, reproductive and digestive system.

The main benefit one can look to attain from using Yoga for Jet lag will be restoration and balancing which it brings about as one executes the use of some of its poses.

This perhaps reiterates why using the shoulder-stand yoga pose for jet lag as previously mentioned may indeed be a great and wise choice as this pose as well affects all the bodily organs. By pressing the chin-lock, it stimulates the thyroid gland, balancing the circulatory, digestive, nervous, reproductive and endocrine systems. It tranquilizes the mind, alleviates stress and psychological disturbances. It is indeed a panacea, a cure all

One can also try the yoga-esque Hindu-Push-ups as this helps drain the brain of unwanted ?debris? and the incorporation of the Yoga Relaxation Pose does just as its name suggests, relaxes the entire body while simultaneously relieving stress and speeding up the elimination of metabolic wastes.

It's safe to say Yoga has something for everything and everyone so for Jet Lag; you will do very well to strike some Yoga poses!

Nissan Taps New SUV Design for Young Urbanites

Imagine a black-and-gray camouflage-style pattern of rhinoceroses, skulls and dice incorporated in a sport utility vehicle. Captivating and exotic, isn't it? This concept of an SUV, which is one of Ecko's 2 concepts, will not be available in the industry though. Nonetheless, New York fashion designer and graffiti artist Marc Ecko made customized versions of Nissan SUVs with a more captivating look and price tag.

The 2 concept SUVs with Ecko's exotic design were showcased in Nashville. However, they were already displayed at several auto events across the country after it debuted in New York last October. Ecko's Pathfinder is given a custom black-and-gray paint that camouflages his signature rhino logo and skulls and dice meant to mirror toughness and the ?gambles people take in life. The skull is today?s happy face,? said Ecko.

?I think our brand embodies a youthful energy, excitement,? Ecko further added. ?We?re emblematic of what?s going on in popular culture. It was a good tidy fit (with Nissan) for sure. If these were ever to be brought to consumers, obviously we?d have to make some adaptations to make it more production-assembly friendly.?

The new rhythmic design trend of the automaker is applied to blend Nissan auto body parts of Pathfinder and Armada SUVs. It is expected to astound the auto industry in the near future. Critics in the industry are saying that Nissan is following the footsteps of auto giants like Ford and Subaru.

It can be recalled that advance auto parts Ford and Subaru auto parts new have been collaborated with apparel retailers like Eddie Bauer and L.L. Bean to deliver stunning customized vehicles. Nissan also resorted to the ongoing trend to capture young urbanites. These individuals settle for stylish, edgy and high-performance drive. We?re trying to show urban consumers that Nissan thinks outside the box, the idea that design can come from outside the car world too, said Terri Hines, a spokeswoman for Nissan.

Tom Libby, an automotive analyst with JD Power and Associates, said the average age of the Nissan buyer is 42, four years below the national average age over all brands. Nissan buyers are also younger than those of other major Japanese automakers Toyota and Honda. They?re (Nissan) trying to link their product with a brand that appeals to a niche or consumer they want to appeal to, Libby said. It (Ecko design) might appeal to the younger buyer. That?s certainly something Nissan does well with and wants to continue doing well with.

Baby Furniture Buyers Guide

Baby furniture is one of the most popular types of gifts given at a baby shower. Gift shopping for nursery furniture can be made easier if the new parents have a gift registry at some popular stores in your area. However, this is often not the case. Baby furniture is one of the most popular types of gifts given at a baby shower. Gift shopping for nursery furniture can be made easier if the new parents have a gift registry at some popular stores in your area. However, this is often not the case. Be sure to always enclose a gift receipt with your gift so it can be returned if the new parents get duplicates.

Communication between the guests would be wise to prevent any duplicate gifts. The guests could also choose to get together on something more expensive such as a piece of nursery furniture. The parents need items that will hold up well for their newborn, so check to make certain the item you choose is sturdy and built for safety.

Car Safety Seat Tips

Although some car safety seats are considered safer than others it?s a good point to note that all car safety seats must pass the same federal crash tests before being approved for sale in the U.S.

There are many car safety seats on the market with manufacturers adding little extra features in order to try and make their car safety seats better than their competitors but the one main factor that consumers need to be aware of is that if a car safety seat is not fitted correctly and in accordance with manufacturers instructions the car seat?s safety is impaired.

When looking for a car safety seat do not make your decision based on price and price alone. Higher priced car safety seats may have added features but such features won?t necessarily make the car safety seat safer or easier to use.

If a car safety seat doesn?t fit your car well don?t use it and never resort to car safety seat accessories to try and make a safety seat fit your car. Manufacturers provide everything you need to correctly fit the car safety seat you are buying, if you need accessories the likelihood is that you have either fitted the seat incorrectly or that the car seat is not suitable for your car.

Ten Car Safety Seat Tips:

1.All car safety seats have weight limits which must be adhered to. Failure to follow weight / size limits can put your baby / child at risk.

2.Always use a rear facing car safety seat for infants under 1 year of age.

3.Never place a rear-facing car safety seat in the front seat of a car that has a passenger air bag.

4.With each new car safety seat read the manufacturers instructions carefully to ensure that the safety seat is correctly fitted at all times.

5.Always make sure your infants car safety seat is fitted securely.

6.Always double check that your baby is strapped into their car safety seat correctly.

7.Never place blankets under your baby before fastening the car safety seat straps. Blankets or similar items could become dislodged with the end result being that your baby is no longer strapped in tightly.

8.Avoid second hand car safety seats unless you know the person you are buying it from, are sure it hasn?t been dropped or anything else has happened which might have weakened the seat and it still comes with manufacturer?s instructions.

9.Avoid fitting car safety seats next to side air bags. Always follow the car safety seat fitting instructions as provided by your car?s manufacturer.

10.If using the same car safety seat for your second or subsequent child check the manufacturers guidelines. Some manufacturers don?t recommend that you use their car safety seats beyond 5-6 years from the date of manufacture.

One final warning, never leave your child unattended in their car safety seat either in or out of the car. Leaving an infant in a car safety seat that is not secured can prove dangerous and leaving your infant unattended in a car can result in accidents such death from heat stroke, infants being jammed in electric windows and toddlers letting handbrakes off.

Do You Really Know Backgammon Instructions?

Backgammon has been a popular game for many years. It is a game similar to checkers, however your strategy is the complete opposite. Backgammon instructions are easy to follow and anyone can play. When you purchase a backgammon game, there are usually always backgammon instructions that come along to walk you through. If the instructions are misplaced just search the Internet.

The main goal of the game backgammon is for each of the players to get all of his or her game pieces onto the home board and then to find a way to get all the pieces off the board. The first player to achieve this is the winner of the game.

To start the game, figure out who will go first. You can roll the die for this and whoever gets the bigger number goes first. This is just the easiest way to determine who goes first, without any conflict.

Each player will get a turn to move his or her pieces. The players will first roll the dice before every move. You will move with whatever consists with the roll of the dice. If you roll a 4 and 3, then you will move seven slots. You can break the moves up between two game pieces. In other words, move one four spaces and the other piece three. You just have to make sure you move one game piece in accordance with the number on one of the die rolled. And the other piece in accordance with the other number rolled. It is really easy to learn.

If the same number would appear on both dice rolled, then the roller would be allowed double what the number is. For example, if you roll a 2-2, then the roller is allowed four moves instead of two. There are instructions in the game to remind of the hard plays and so you can refer back to when you need to.

You get a point by getting two or more of your game pieces on it. Once this occurs, the opponent cannot come to rest on that point when taking the combination of his dice.

There are different terms and circumstances that must be followed during the course of the game. When you are stuck on what to do, you can go back and look in the instructions to the game to figure it out. If you are playing for the first time and your opponent is a pro, then they can help you along and give you pointers throughout the game. Using the instructions seems to be the proper way to truly learn the game.
